Do you offer residential or commercial service?
Both! You can trust People’s Community Propane with all your residential & commercial propane needs.
Where do you Deliver to?
We deliver to the following counties in Pennsylvania:
Cumberland, Dauphin, Juniata, Mifflin, Perry, Snyder, and York Counties and Surrounding Areas

Pricing
What is the current propane price?
Pricing is constantly subject to change. Please contact us for the most accurate pricing information.
I need several tanks filled. Do you offer a quantity discount or tiered pricing?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing on gallons purchased, so the more propane you buy the more money you will save.
What is the best time to order propane?
Our lowest prices are typically available during the warmer months. If you want to get your tank filled before heating season, we recommend ordering propane between May-September.
Payments
When is payment due?
Payment is due within 15 days of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via check, cash, money order, or credit/debit card.

Delivery
Can I request a propane delivery online?
Yes, please use our Propane Order Form and one of our representatives will be in touch with you to confirm your order and schedule delivery.
When should I request a propane delivery?
We highly recommend requesting a propane delivery when the gauge reads 20%. If you allow your tank to run empty, we must administer a leak test due to federal regulations. Leak tests will incur an additional $145 fee.
What is the minimum amount of propane I can order?
The smallest tank size we will fill is 420 lb. The minimum number of gallons we will deliver is 50 gallons.
Do you offer automatic deliveries?
Yes. We offer a tank monitor program for a one-time-fee of $99. Please contact our office for more information on this service.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. Emergency deliveries incur a service call fee of $95, plus $145 for a leak test if the tank is empty. Propane will be billed at the standard rate and payment is due within 15 days of delivery.
My tank is difficult to get to. Can you still deliver to me?
If you have concerns about delivery, please give us a call and we will happy to help you.
I do not own my own tank. Can I still order fuel from People’s Community Propane?
No. Unfortunately, federal regulations prevent us from filling leased tanks. If you would like to use People’s Community Propane, you must own your own tank.
Where can I purchase my own propane tank?
To purchase your own tank, consider Fisher Services. Fisher Services sells and installs new and factory reconditioned above ground and underground propane tanks. They are our sister company.
