Payment
Payment: We accept payment via check, cash, money order, or credit/debit card. Payment is due within 15 days of delivery.
If you are paying by credit or debit card, you may pay online only if you are a customer in Cumberland, Dauphin, Juniata, Mifflin, Perry, Snyder, or York County in PA. You may also call the office to make a payment over the phone.

Past Due Accounts: No deliveries will be made until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Past due accounts will incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month. Finance charges will be applied to balances not paid prior to the next billing cycle.
Delivery
Will-Call Customers: Please call our office when your tank reads at least 20%. If you allow your tank to run empty, we must administer a leak test due to federal regulations. Leak tests will incur an additional $145 fee.
Automatic Delivery Customers: Please contact our office to arrange automatic deliveries using our tank monitor program.
Emergency Deliveries: We will make emergency deliveries when a 0% reading is reported on your tank. Emergency deliveries incur a service call fee of $105, plus $145 for a leak test if the tank is empty. Propane will be billed at the standard rate and payment is due within 15 days of delivery.
Winter Season Service: Driveways and private roads must be reasonably clear of snow in order for drivers to deliver. Paths must be made to propane tanks when snow reaches a depth of 12″. We cannot guarantee service in extreme weather conditions.
Driveways: We are not responsible for driveway damage caused by delivery trucks. If you have any concerns, please call our office.
